Nhk Ni Youkoso!

From Tokyopop: Sato Tatsuhiro is a drug-addled “hikikomori” (a Japanese shut-in) who thinks a sinister organization, NHK (Nihon Hikikomori Kyoukai), is the cause of all his problems!
